Our Volusia County office sits in a professional office building in the heart of Historic Downtown DeLand, just steps from restaurants, shops, and the DeLand courthouse district.

We are across the street from the Volusia County Courthouse complex on North Alabama Avenue and only a few blocks from Stetson University’s DeLand campus, making it easy for clients, attorneys, and courthouse visitors to find us.

From I-4 (Orlando, Sanford, Lake Mary, Daytona Area)

1. Take I-4 toward DeLand and use Exit 118 for State Road 44 / New Smyrna Beach – DeLand.
2. Follow the signs for SR 44 West toward DeLand.
3. Continue on SR 44 / East New York Avenue for about 5 miles into downtown DeLand.
4. When you reach the courthouse area, turn right onto North Alabama Avenue. The Volusia County Courthouse will be on your right.
5. Go one block north and turn right onto East Rich Avenue at the light.
6. TK Law Volusia is in the office building at 145 East Rich Avenue, on the side of the street facing the courthouse area and Sunrise Park. Look for the low-rise professional building with ample parking and a monument sign listing multiple offices at 145 E Rich Ave.

From US-17 / US-92 (Woodland Boulevard – Downtown DeLand)

1. Drive into downtown DeLand on North Woodland Boulevard (US-17/92).
2. In the historic downtown core, turn east (toward the courthouse) onto East Rich Avenue.
   • If you are heading north on Woodland, you’ll turn right onto East Rich Avenue.
3. Continue a short block or two on East Rich Avenue.

From SR 44 / East New York Avenue (Local DeLand Route)

If you’re already in the DeLand area using SR 44 / East New York Avenue:

1. Travel into downtown DeLand on East New York Avenue (SR 44).
2. Turn north onto North Alabama Avenue near the Volusia County Courthouse.
3. Go one block and turn right onto East Rich Avenue.
