Mr. Traendly graduated from the University of Central Florida with a B.A. in Political Science, concentrating on Pre-Law studies. His academic excellence earned him a place on the “Dean’s List” throughout his time at UCF. Mr. Traendly’s passion for the law runs deep, following in the footsteps of his mother, a family law attorney in South Florida. He earned his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad Law Center, where he again distinguished himself by earning “Dean’s List” honors. While in law school, Mr. Traendly further cemented his dedication to serving others by interning with Coast to Coast Legal Aid of Broward County, focusing on Elder Law, Public Benefits, and Consumer Law. His work on an Elderly Exploitation Presentation underscored his ability to handle sensitive legal matters with both competence and care.

With over a decade of litigation experience, Mr. Traendly has successfully represented clients across a broad spectrum of legal matters, he has represented client’s in almost every area of law, including personal injury, divorce, family law, estate litigation, complex business litigation, and real estate litigation. A DEDICATION to helping others

Pro Bono Advocate

Raymond A. Traendly’s commitment to serving others has been a cornerstone of his legal career that he has shaped his practice going back to his first day in law school. This pro bono work continues today and reflects a dedication and obligation that every lawyer owes it to their community to give back in a meaningful way.

During his final semester at Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad Law Center, Mr. Traendly served as a Certified Legal Intern with the Nova Southeastern Children and Families Clinic. In this role, he provided critical legal representation to individuals who could not afford an attorney, many of whom were facing high-conflict family law cases. Mr. Traendly’s work included handling cases involving abuse, the dissipation of marital funds, and parental drug use—issues that require a deep understanding of both legal complexities and human compassion. Additionally, he developed tailored parenting plans for children with disabilities, ensuring that the unique needs of these families were met with care and precision.

Mr. Traendly’s dedication to pro bono work was recognized with the prestigious Honorable Charles I. Kaplan Outstanding Service Award, honoring his commitment to helping children and families through some of the most challenging periods of their lives.

Today, Mr. Traendly and TK Law partner with Community Legal Services of Mid-Florida and local Legal Aid organizations with a goal of helping those in our community who cannot afford legal representation. Every new hire is asked about their desire to engage in and participate in volunteering legal services on a pro bono basis. The reason is simple, in order for us to make a change, we need to get buy in from others in our legal community.
