Why would we reject your foreclosure case? I’m Steve Kramer of the TK Law Firm. I’m a Florida foreclosure defense attorney. And the answer is we generally wouldn’t reject your foreclosure case. We’ve seen every type of foreclosure case there is. Any scenario you can imagine we’ve seen it. We’ve defended people sued by 3 different banks on the same property, we’ve seen people sued in two different counties when the house can only possibly be in one county, we’ve seen everything there is. I’ve handled hundreds – if not thousands – of foreclosure cases. In fact, before this whole real estate bubble burst and this crisis, this foreclosure crisis, went into effect we were one of the only firms in town – maybe one of 2 or 3. We’ve seen everything. We’ve helped people from day one, from the day they stop making their payment, to people after their house has been sold. After, basically, the case is over with. We’ve been able to come back in, get rid of the sale – it’s called “vacating the sale” – and bring it back to the beginning. We also do appeals. So, the main thing is as long as our clients have reasonable expectation, and that’s what we want anyways because we’re not here to sell you a story that we’re going to save your house miraculously. We’re only going to save it, or get you out of your situation – meaning help you keep your home, keep you from owing money, or get you more time with hard work. And as long as our clients have reasonable expectations and understand that the process involves hard work, then there’s no reason we would turn away your case. Why am I telling you this? Because if you’re facing foreclosure, these are probably questions that you have. And we have the answers to those questions. We deal with this every day. So, call me. I’ll be glad to talk to you.
