Alexa Hyppolite

Alexa Hyppolite is a dedicated family law attorney at TK Law. She brings a fresh perspective, genuine eagerness, and a compassionate approach to serving clients. Her academic excellence and meaningful real-world experience provide a strong foundation for her work in family law. 

Ms. Hyppolite earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Miami, where she double majored in Political Science and Human and Social Development. She embraced opportunities to lead and serve her community, including her role as Vice President of Phi Alpha Delta, the prelaw fraternity on campus. She also served as Historian of the Black Female Development Circle and United Black Students. Alexa is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.  

After graduation in 2017, Ms. Hyppolite began working as a paralegal with a focus on guardianships and estate planning. She gained valuable experience addressing sensitive matters that affect families and vulnerable individuals. Ms. Hyppolite also volunteered with the Legal Aid Society of the Orange County Bar Association, advocating for children in dependency and custody proceedings. These experiences shaped her deep commitment to family-focused, client-centered advocacy. 

Ms. Hyppolite went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Texas Southern University’s Thurgood Marshall School of Law in 2024. She graduated cum laude, a reflection of her dedication and perseverance. During law school, she immersed herself in family law coursework and developed an additional interest in business law, studying mergers and acquisitions, securities regulations, and contracts. This background allows her to assist families who own small and medium-sized businesses with insight and care. 

Her professional growth included an internship with a global insurance company, where she worked directly under securities attorneys on compliance and regulatory matters. That experience broadened her perspective and strengthened her ability to guide clients as family law intersects with estate planning and business concerns. 

Ms. Hyppolite is passionate about fairness and client-centered representation. She guides clients through challenging legal processes with clarity, empathy, and integrity. She works closely with senior attorneys and firm partners to ensure every client receives thoughtful and tailored support at every stage of their case.
